City of Rocks State Park

Took a ride to City of Rocks State Park today. It was a beautiful day to wonder out there. The volcanic eruption happened 34.9 million years ago and it
was 1000 times larger than Mt. St. Helens. They have camping in an area near the entrance with water/ electric and many primitive sites among the rock formations. Was able to video a hawk that was enjoying the wind gusts.
Also drove around the outlying Deming and saw lots of pepper plants and cotton.
