Today we visited the CM Russell Museum, Pishkum Buffalo Jump Visitor Center and Jump area.
The CM Russell Museum was amazing, he was considered America's Cowboy Artist. I am not one who enjoys going to art museums, but this one kept me intrigued the entire way.
We had a guide that explained what a Buffalo Jump area was and where they were located in the US. Buffalo Jump is where the Indians would drive the bison over the edge, they would jump to their death or were killed by the Indians to help the tribes endure the winter. We had a nice sunny day finally with only a light wind. Off to Helena Montana tomorrow.
