Friday we traveled from Epping North Dakota to Fort Peck Montana. We had a few stops along the way including the Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center, Fort Union Guided tour and lunch. We saw quite a bit wildlife including an eagle, deer, pronghorn and many birds along the meadows. Driving thru the grassland seeing for miles and seeing storms all around us was beautiful and scary at the same town. Last night we attended The Sunshine Boys by Neil Simon at the Fort Peck Theater. It was a great presentation by a small town troupe. Today we had a tour of Fort Peck Dam & Interpretive Center Museum. It is an amazing site and was completed as part of the CCC thanks to President Roosevelt.
We found another local gem for lunch along the was and Jai received two Junior Ranger badges at Fort Union. One was the regular and other was for fire management.

Wonderful pictures of the prairie storms...awesome & scary at the same time...we know all about that in FL during hurricane season! AND scoring 2 Jr Ranger Badges at one stop...Sweet!
