We arrived in Ravenna Italy Tuesday morning. It is the closest that we are able to dock to Venice due to the cruise ship restrictions in 2019. Unfortunately getting to Venice will take a 3hr bus ride and a half hour water taxi-each way! Not how we wanted to see Venice for three days. We decided to make the trip yesterday, enjoy today on the ship and visit Ravenna tomorrow before leaving Italy. Venice was beautiful, busy and the Gondola ride was a fun way to see the sites.
Changed it up and took some black and white photos for a different perspective on the sites.
