Flew from Vancouver to Whitehorse this morning. Met our guide for this portion of the trip. Small little town with many boarded up bldgs. After checking in to hotel we went to a great quilt shop. Had to pick up a little fabric and one mini northern lights panel kit. We stopped at the Klondike Rib and Salmon. I had an Amazing Halibut dinner and Jai a huge Cesar salad with local brews of course. After dinner I walked around downtown and took a River trail along the Yukon River. The scenery is amazing.
Tomorrow we have an outing here then fly out later in the day for Dawson.
