We traveled from Budapest past Bratislava, Slovaki and arrived in Vienna Austria on April 29th. I love the walking track on the top level to get in some exercise, enjoy the views and see the herb gardens that are used for our meals.
I left the boat and walked the downtown area of Vienna after dinner yesterday. It was warm and very safe to be walking alone. Today we took a bus and walking tour downtown and visited St. Stephan’s. In speaking with one of the Viking staff they said that there are 113 passengers on this trip, much less than the 190 capacity of the longboat. The weather has been beautiful and food and drink amazing. We will leave port at 1am to sail to Melk Austria.
