Traveled to Mt. Pleasant SC yesterday -about 12 miles east of Charleston. Beautiful KOA and our Fantasy wagonmasters and tail gunners provided gumbo, wedge salad and great dessert. With a drive under 100 miles it was a smooth trip. Today Jai & I ran some errands, he got a haircut and we headed to Downton Charleston. We walked the Charleston City Market and had lunch at Charleston Crab House. They had good choices of beer and so many things it was hard to choose. Jai had Charleston Shrimp and Grits & I had Crab Cakes
Both choices were amazing. Well worth the 45 minute wait. The weather is cool at night but sunny, warm and no humidity. Nice change from the past few weeks.
We have a group trip tomorrow to Patriot Point and a Plantation.
