A Travellerspoint blog

We are in Foxborough MA at Normandy Farms RV Resort 22 miles southwest of Boston. Monday we took a bus into Boston and had a guide who gave a history tour of the area. We saw Old North Church, Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, Paul Revere Home and had lunch on our own. We boarded the bus in the afternoon and visited Concord and Lexington battlefields.
Tuesday we took a bus and visited Plymouth Rock, Mayflower and the Grist Mill. We had a period correct lunch at Plimouth Plantation and a self guided tour of the Plantation. Another fun day on the tour. We have a day of rest or travel on our own today before heading south tomorrow.

Plymouth Rock is pretty underwhelming, isn’t it?

To say the least-although we were warned by our wagon masters.

Wow, toured many history sites & now your going to be tested on what you learned & remember😂🥰 Hopefully the food has been been scrumptious. Have you met interesting people too? Any Irish pubs that are cool? Enjoy your coming events as you move forward. 😇🙏🥰

Wow! That is a lot of history in 2 days. Looks like a large group in your caravan. Have a blast! Love you both!
