Manatees

We had one of the best days yesterday kayaking with the Manatees. We had seen a couple before a few years back while kayaking in Sarasota but nothing like what we experienced yesterday. We went out early in the morning since it was cold and we knew they would be hunkered down in the springs. We went to an area called Hunters Springs and were the only people there. The manatees started coming out of the spring and a few were playing around our boats. I have so many videos and pictures but will not bore you with all of them. We spent about 4 hours in our boats on the water but could have spent the entire day. Such a cool experience to see these giant animals in person and them react to us in their space.
Ended the day with a great lunch at Cody's Roadhouse-unbelievable prime rib and all drinks were 2 for 1. Life is great!
