We arrived in Edinburgh yesterday afternoon,picked up car and found our way to the AB&B for the next three nights. We walked downtown in the rain to find dinner. Busy place no matter when lots of people,cars,buses,rail, taxis and bicycles. Things seem to flow even with all the congestion.
Today we took a bus downtown,went on a tour of Edinburgh Castle and the Royal mile. The rain let up and was pretty pleasant. Walked over 6 1/2 miles in uneven and hilly streets. Sure we will feel it tomorrow.
Last picture is of my new favorite drink, Magnum Highland Cream. Scotch malt whiskey cream.
