Headed out from Slieve League and followed Wild Atlantic Waterway along coast and thru the mountains. Unbelievable views of water and land. Some of the smallest roads yet but Jai handles them like a racecar driver. We made it safely to Northern Ireland. Some of the city looks rough and tags on some buildings but as soon as you are out the lush green surrounds us. Stopped at Royal Portrush where the Open was played this year and picked up some ball markers and photos. Traveled onto Giants Causeway which is another place we had on our to do list. Lots of people, lots of walking and the scenery didn't disappoint. Next traveled to Carrick Rope Bridge. More walking to get to it and a trip across and back that allows only 8 people on the swinging bridge at a time. I was able to video with 1 hand and hold on for dear life with the other. Didn't dare point phone down for fear of dropping ot to its death. We walked over 14,000 steps between both places according to my phone. Not easy ones either. We headed to our place for the next two nights which is a home in Articlave and met at the door by our host Nicola. Beautiful spacious place in countryside. Went to dinner at a local place where Gaelic football was on the tele and lots of people cheering for Kerry who did lose to Dublin
Made it back home safely to drop into our bed.
