Spent a great night above the pub. On the road towards Galway stopped at Aughnanure Castle, Kylemore Abbey, Connemara, Joyce's bar, craft store and petrol, Connemara National Park and arrived at Abbeyglen Castle Hotel for the evening. Great tea and scones at 4pm, champagne and horsedorevores at 630pm and dinner at 8pm. Great bartender Roger serving and telling history of area and the Castle.

Love the pic of the white castle! Did u lose weight before you left?!? You look great! I made blueberry scones today in honor of your trip! I'd never made them before but I was INSPIRED!!
