First day in Ireland

We arrived in Shannon 530am this morning to cool dreary weather. After getting the car we headed towards Ennis, drove to Kilkee on the loop head, stopped at Cliffs of Mohr, lunch at Keogh's Bar in Kinvara, Dunguaire Castle and found our AB&B for the night above O'Looney Pub. Long day with the time change. Jai did great driving the right hand manual car on the left side of the road.

Kathleen, Brian and I arrived at the Shannon airport on....are you ready
....Saturday, SEPTEMBER 10, 1988! After departing from Detroit on Friday night, Sept. 9th. Brian also did a bang up job driving a right-handed stick on the left side of the road. We visited the Cliffs of Mohr, as well, where I almost became a widower, as the winds were sooooo strong and Brian insisted on walking along the edge! I look forward to the rest of your journey!
